Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Obytrics Automation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Obytrics Automation provides business automation services including but not limited to:
- Messaging automation (Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS)
- CRM setup and integration
- Email marketing automation
- Lead capture and follow-up systems
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
Service Terms
Subscription Services
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
Project-Based Services
For one-time projects, payment terms and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Payment Terms
- •Monthly subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing period
- •Project deposits may be required before work begins
- •Late payments may result in service suspension
- •All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to accounts and systems
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not use our services for spam or illegal activities
Intellectual Property
Custom automation workflows, templates, and configurations created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obytrics Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results from our automation services. Results may vary based on your business, industry, and implementation.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days to facilitate migration.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
